All Beady Eye Bracelets items are handmade to order and therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at beadyeyebracelets@icloud.com with details of the issue and, where possible, photographs. We will review the problem and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
