All Beady Eye Bracelets items are handmade to order and therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted. 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at beadyeyebracelets@icloud.com with details of the issue and I will send a replacement. 

I also offer a free of charge re-stringing service if you need it re-sizing or if it has snapped.
